Welcome to Admissions at Queen Margaret’s School. You have come to a special place, both in terms of our location on Vancouver Island and our school community. Choosing a school is not easy and we understand this. The ‘fit’ of your child to the school and vice versa is important, for you and for us. This is why we pride ourselves in working with the best students and families to build our school enrolment. We look for students capable of succeeding in our school culture, are focused on a university preparatory track and most important, they want to be here!
Our school population is diverse with over 17 different countries in attendance and a strong international student program, our international students make up 25% of our student body and , 75% are Canadian. Just over 100 students board with us on campus, while the remaining 215 attend as day students. Queen Margaret’s School has seen a 40% increase in enrolment during the past three years taking us to capacity in our boarding program and in most grade levels throughout the school. You can see why it is an exciting time to be at QMS!
