SUMMER SEMESTER 2012
Queen Margaret's School is pleased to offer a summer program of BC Credit Courses for English 10 and English 11 at our beautiful 27-acre campus.
English 10 and English 11 will both run from 8:30am to 12:30pm, Monday through Friday, from June 25th to July 27th, 2012.
ENGLISH 10
This course provides students with the opportunity to study literature, information communications and mass media. The aim of the program is to enable each students to experience and enjoy literature, and to use the English language with confidence, fluency, clarity and precision.
ENGLISH 11
This course is a combination of the study of language and literature. The language section includes writing skills with a focus on essay-writing and vocabulary. The literature section of the course includes short stories, novels, plays and poetry.

EQUESTRIAN SUMMER 2012 PROGRAMS
Queen Margaret’s School is Canada’s Leading Equestrian Preparatory school with full equestrian facilities and Canada’s only fully integrated riding program. Recognized as a premiere program, the Shirley Burr Equestrian Centre, features both indoor and outdoor riding arenas, barns, individual paddocks and an equestrian classroom.
During the Summer Program, Queen Margaret’s School offers a number of equestrian programs including:
• Tiny Tots (ages 6-8) and Pony Pals (ages 9-12) Riding Camps for boys and girls
• VetCamp for boys & girls (ages 11-15)
