Academic Programs
Queen Margaret's School programs include a co-ed Junior School (Preschool - Grade 7), Grade 7/8 All Boys High School Preparation Program and an All Girls' Senior School (Grade 8-12). We also offer an All Girl’s Boarding program with 5 & 7 Day boarding options.
QMS offers a comprehensive scholastic and extracurricular program providing opportunities for achievement and personal growth through sports, visual and performing arts, information technology and riding. The school emphasizes a balance of academic subjects with athletics, clubs and community service and keeps classes small, providing continual occasions to nurture and challenge each student. Approximately 100 girls from Grades 6 to 12 live in the residence on campus, while another 215 boys and girls attend as day students from the surrounding communities. Live-in housemothers cultivate scholastic focus in a spirit of caring, independence and respectful living. Weekend excursions and activities provide healthy recreation and relaxation.
We welcome applications from day students and boarding students from Preschool to Grade 12.
