Visitors Guide

Tucked away in the spectacular Cowichan Valley and 50 km (31 miles) north of Victoria, Duncan, BC is in the heart of the Warm Lands.  With the mildest climate in Canada, Duncan provides excellent year-round opportunities for outdoor adv enture and activities.  In addition to the natural charms that make Vanoucver island a haven for hikers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts, teh Cowichan Valley boasts excellent shopping, restaurants, performing and fine arts venues, medical facilities and services. 

Queen Margaret's School is located on 27 country-like acres in the Cowichan Valley and is an easy walk to the small and friendly town centre of Duncan, BC. 


Driving Directions:
Duncan is 50 km (31 miles) north of Victoria on Highway 1. BC Ferries travel from Tsawwassen ferry terminal in Vancouver to Swartz Bay in Victoria, and from Horseshoe Bay terminal in North Vancouver to Nanaimo. Commercial airlines fly into Victoria Airport and Cassidy Airport just outside of Nanaimo, 35 km (22 mi.) north of Duncan.
